Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles, California to a middle class family. The actress grew up having big hopes. Her most memorable roles include the action spy film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the drama Precious. While growing up in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, she had lots of goals. Her mother was a movie fan and encouraged her to love films as a child. Paula became involved in many activities at school that were co-curricular and had particular passion for dramatics. Paula was a fantastic actress, and she enjoyed performing alongside her fellow students. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced a number of plays. The actress decided acting was the career she wanted to pursue. Through a program for summer offered by the University of Southern California, she had a blast there. She was offered a contract for three months to produce documentaries on PBS. After completing the project, she started being an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. Next, she was going to start producing documentaries. While she was happy with her work but she always dreamed of becoming an actress. Her career began in acting with a role as Will Smith's co-star for the romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she has been in numerous famous television and film productions.
