Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actress. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 70s and early 80s through the roles she played in numerous TV shows in which she was seen as an attractive actress. Fairchild began her career with the character Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow in the CBS show that aired on a daytime basis from 1973 until 1977. She appeared as Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time a woman did so. In the year 1980, she played the lead role in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded the Golden Globe Award nomination for the top Actress for the Television Series Drama. Fairchild was on ABC's short premiertime soap Paper Dolls as well as for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild was also seen in the theater, and in guest roles on television shows such as Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill.
